Battery Storage Under Development
Our CEE pipeline continues to grow — with several large-scale solar and BESS projects currently in development. Europe's energy system needs more than new capacity; it needs resilience, independence, and the ability to generate power close to where it is consumed. Every project we develop is a step toward that vision. Stay tuned for full details on these upcoming assets.
Solar generates. Storage decides when. That combination gives our assets a fundamental commercial advantage — the ability to respond to price signals, support grid stability, and generate revenue around the clock, not just when the sun shines.
By charging when power is cheap and dispatching when prices peak, our BESS assets actively trade the spread — turning market volatility from a risk into a revenue opportunity.
Co-locating storage with solar allows us to capture generation at peak production and release it when the grid needs it most — maximising the value of every megawatt-hour we produce and avoiding the curtailment losses that increasingly affect unoptimised solar assets in CEE.
Our assets are structured to participate in frequency containment and other ancillary service markets — providing a stable, contracted revenue layer that complements merchant income.
Large-scale storage reduces dependence on imported power and fossil fuel peakers — making our projects active contributors to the kind of energy sovereignty that is now a strategic priority for Europe.

More than 1.22 GWp of PV and 2.83 GW of battery storage in active development across Romania, Hungary and Croatia. €200M currently under construction. Built on something that can't be imported — local teams in Vienna, Bucharest, and Budapest with the technical depth and regulatory relationships to turn complex utility-scale projects into operating assets.
