We are seeking a motivated Junior Construction Manager to support our Construction Manager across solar PVand BESS project construction activities in Romania. This is an excellentopportunity for an early-career engineer to gain hands-on experience in EPCmanagement, regulatory coordination, and technical quality assurance on utility-scale renewable energy projects.
• Attend weekly progress meetings; prepare minutes and action logs
• Conduct site visits to monitor schedule, quality, and safety compliance
• Support coordination with owner's engineer, site supervisor, and H&S coordinator
• Track milestones and flag deviations; assist with acceptance documentation
• Assist with compliance monitoring (Romanian/EU regulations, ANRE, DSO/TSO)
• Support testing, commissioning supervision, and defect/warranty documentation
• Help verify invoices, prepare weekly progress reports, and track CPs
• Maintain the project document management system and contract correspondence
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Energy)
• 0–3 years of experience in construction, project management, or engineering
• Exposure to renewable energy (solar PV or BESS) is a strong plus
• Basic understanding of construction processes and ability to read technical drawings
• Romanian (mandatory) and English (required)
• Valid driver's licence; willingness to travel to project sites across Romania
